Thinking Itself is Dangerous

Part of me will always believe that ADD/ADHD/neurodivergence/on the "spectrum" were terms invented by a society intolerant of honest opinions - a symptom of a power structure with many things to hide.

It would help if the science behind this stuff were clearer, but no matter how much research is done on it, it doesn't seem to get any better. In the past, they used to lobotomize people they considered "uppity" and that used to be considered "science", too. Different name, same vibe.

A lot of people who use these terms willy-nilly are often trying to shut down debate or conversations over certain things and it's kind of lost all meaning, if it even meant anything to begin with. Oh, and those same types of people often end up going to jail when they get caught. Somehow that seems more "normal" to people than simply being interested in different things.

Our definition of sin has gotten ass-backwards, especially these days, to say the least. 😅

If I were to take one of those tests, I would probably be considered on there somewhere, which I openly admit. The difference is that I don't really care because I'm not looking for that type of "acceptance" and in many ways I consider those traits positive attributes to making a superior human being.

Dangerous thoughts, perhaps. But then, if you read people like John Dewey or Hannah Arendt, they will say that thinking itself is what makes people dangerous. Some just don't want to...deal, I suppose. Where are the real intellectuals when you need them the most? Our society has been taken over by dumbasses and the results are...not subtle, to say the least. ⚔️
